Venice

On Saturday, we spent the day exploring the city.  We walked all around and took pictures of every canal with a gondola that we walked by.  We found a very popular bridge in the center that gave us a great view of the water and the city, so we took a bunch of pictures there.  Then, we went to the harbor and saw the huge church and the beautiful square by the ocean.  After that, we found a place to eat lunch and then we took a gondola ride.  It was so much fun and I loved seeing the city from the water.  Our gondolier was hilarious and he let us take a picture with him at the end.  

After the gondola ride, we walked around the city for a few more hours before catching our train back to the city where our flight was in the morning.  We had a 6am flight, so i was exhausted the next day but thankfully we all made it back to Paris in one piece.  It felt so good to be back and it made me realize how much Paris has really come to feel like home to me.
